Member Survey Report

A chief aim of our Member survey is to receive direct feedback related to your member experience.  Through this survey we received many useful insights into our members’ needs and this will help us guide our business strategy into the future.

Based on the previous year's feedback we introduced paperless electronic invoicing during 2021 which received 90% positive feedback. The most important part of our Member survey is to get direct feedback on your member experience.  Through this survey, we received many useful insights into our members’ needs and this will help guide our business strategy into the future.

Key findings: 

  • 30% would prefer to report on a quarterly basis.
  • 46% said simplifying reporting remains a primary concern
  • 67% of respondents were interested in using handheld scanners to manage waste tyre collection dockets 
  • 73% of members prefer paper format for their annual certificate
