Confidential form for reporting non-compliant operators
This form is to report a business who does not comply with the Tyres and Waste Tyres Regulations, and as such are a ‘free-rider’ in the industry.
You can report an operator you believe has an obligation and:
(I) is not registered with the tyre scheme,
(II) and/or is not charging the Environmental Management Cost(EMC) as is legally required, when they sell tyres.
Should the operator be found in non-compliance the relevant enforcement authority will be alerted.
All reports of ‘Free -riders’ are processed in the strictest of confidence.
